1. Scope of Application
1.1 Use of the offered application is permitted exclusively on the basis of these conditions. These General Terms of Use may, in individual cases, be supplemented, modified, or replaced by additional conditions. By using the application, you accept these Terms of Use in their current version.
 
2. Services
2.1 The developer is entitled to discontinue the operation of the application, in whole or in part, at any time. Due to the nature of different devices and their updates, the developer does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the application.
 
3. Usage Rights for Information, Software, and Documentation
3.1 Neither the information, app, nor documentation may be distributed, rented, or otherwise provided to third parties by the user at any time.
3.2 The information, the app, and the documentation are protected by copyright laws as well as international copyright treaties and by other intellectual property laws and agreements. The user must respect these rights and, in particular, may not remove any alphanumeric identifiers, trademarks, or copyright notices from the information, software, documentation, or any copies thereof.
 
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Notwithstanding the specific provisions in Section 3 of these Terms of Use, information and other content from the application may not be altered, copied, duplicated, sold, rented, used, supplemented, or otherwise exploited without the developer’s prior written consent.
4.2 Beyond the expressly granted usage rights or other rights provided herein, no further rights of any kind—particularly regarding the company name and industrial property rights such as patents, utility models, or trademarks—are granted to the user, nor is there any corresponding obligation to grant such rights.
4.3 To the extent that the user submits ideas and suggestions on the application, these may be exploited free of charge for the development, improvement, and distribution of products from the developer’s portfolio.
 
5. User Obligations
5.1 When using the application, the user must not:
• Engage in conduct that violates accepted standards of decency;
• Infringe upon commercial, copyright, personality, property, or other rights of third parties;
• Transmit content containing viruses, so-called Trojan horses, or other programming that could damage the software;
• Input, store, or send hyperlinks or content to which they are not entitled, especially if such hyperlinks or content violate confidentiality obligations or are illegal; or
• Distribute advertising or unsolicited emails (so-called “spam”), inaccurate warnings about viruses, malfunctions, etc., or solicit participation in sweepstakes, pyramid schemes, chain letters, pyramid games, or similar activities.
5.2 M&I Languages may block access to the application at any time, particularly if the user violates these conditions.
 
6. Liability for Legal and Material Defects
6.1 If information, software, or documentation is provided free of charge, liability for legal and material defects—particularly regarding their accuracy, error-freeness, freedom from third-party intellectual property claims, completeness, and/or usability—is excluded, except in cases of intent or fraudulent behavior.
 
7. Other Liability and Viruses
7.1 Although we always strive to keep the application virus-free, we do not guarantee complete virus absence. Before downloading any information, software, or documentation, the user should implement appropriate security measures and use virus scanners to protect themselves and prevent virus infections.
7.2 Disclaimer of Liability: The manufacturer cannot be held responsible if any other applications on the device cease to function after installing this application.
 
8. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
8.1 In legal disputes, Austrian law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is that of the manufacturer.
 

9. Subscription and Payment Terms

 

9.1 Subscription Description

The application offers subscription-based services that provide full access to premium features. Subscriptions are available on a monthly and annual basis, with corresponding fees and billing intervals clearly displayed in the application. A free trial period may be offered to new subscribers, commencing upon activation of the subscription.

 

9.2 Free Trial and Automatic Renewal

A free trial period is available for eligible subscribers. At the end of the trial period, the subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial period expires. The subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless the subscriber cancels the subscription.

 

9.3 Cancellation and Subscription Management

Subscribers may manage or cancel their subscriptions through the respective platform’s subscription management interface (e.g., Apple App Store). Upon cancellation, the subscriber will retain access to the subscription content until the end of the current billing period, but no further charges will be incurred.

 

9.4 Payment Processing and Fees

All subscription payments are processed through the relevant platform’s store and are subject to its terms and conditions. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Any changes to subscription fees will be communicated to subscribers in advance.

 

9.5 Modifications to Subscription Terms

The developer reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, features, and terms at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any material changes via the application or through email. Continued use of the subscription services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

 

9.6 Data Privacy and Payment Information

Payment and subscription-related data are handled by the respective platform (e.g., Apple) in accordance with their policies. The developer does not store sensitive payment information; however, personal data collected in connection with subscription services is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

9.7 Liability and Disclaimers

The subscription services are provided on an “as is” basis without any warranties, either express or implied. The developer shall not be liable for any interruptions or errors in the subscription service, including issues arising from automatic renewals or cancellations.
